Healthy Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread

This recipe is only my basic Whole Wheat Assistant Bread with an added chocolate swirl. I beloved that it makes the same healthy recipe taste like dessert. Who doesn't beloved having dessert for breakfast? 🙂
Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread
{makes 2 minor or 1 large loaf}
Ingredients
2 1/iv cup whole wheat flour
iii/four teaspoon blistering soda
one/4 teaspoon salt
iii ripe bananas, mashed
1/four cup manifestly greek yogurt
i/iv cup dearest
two ground flaxseed egg substitute*
1/3 cup unrefined kokosnoot oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa pulverization
1/four cup humid water
* Don't forget to double the egg substitute recipe (i.e. ii tablespoons ground flaxseed+vi tablespoon h2o). Or, if y'all don't take whatever flaxseed you can but utilize ii eggs.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan(s). Mix your egg substitute and allow sit down for 5-10 minutes. Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together mashed bananas, yogurt, love, egg substitute, oil, and vanilla. Fold the banana mixture into the flour mixture until blended. Do non over-mix. In a carve up bowl, mix together the cocoa powder and hot water until dissolved. Add 1 loving cup of prepared batter to the cocoa mixture and stir until combined. Pour a small layer of regular batter into prepared pan(s). Add a few spoonfuls of chocolate batter to the pan. Alternate layers of regular batter and spoonfuls of chocolate batter until the pan is filled. Hold a knife straight up and down and gently pull it through the batter in a curving pattern. Bake until slightly brownish on top (the loaf I photographed is a little too brownish 😉 and a toothpick, poked into the center, comes out clean (xl-50 minutes for a large loaf).
